The first conversation and the site visit are free. If a project needs detailed design work before it can be priced properly, we'll tell you what that costs before anything starts. You will never get an invoice you weren't expecting.
What should I send through with my enquiry?
Photos of the existing home or the block, a rough idea of what you want to change, and an approximate budget range. If you already have plans or a title search, send those too. None of it is essential, but each one makes the first answer more useful.
I don't have a budget in mind yet. Is that a problem?
No. A lot of people are trying to work out what things cost before they can set one. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll give you an honest range so you have something real to plan around.
How soon could you start?
It depends on the current program and on how far along your design and permits are. Most projects spend longer in planning than people expect, so getting in touch early costs nothing and usually saves time later.
Are you licensed and insured?
Kadir Geldikaya is a registered builder and a qualified carpenter with more than 15 years in the industry. We're happy to provide registration and insurance details on request, and we'd encourage you to check them for any builder you're considering.
