Founded by registered builder and carpenter Kadir Geldikaya, Kaya Constructions is built on more than 15 years of industry experience. Beginning with our own residential developments, we developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver homes that are not only beautifully built but also functional, enduring, and tailored to the people who live in them. Today, we bring that same level of care and expertise to every client we work with.

Based in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs, we specialise in bespoke new homes, architectural renovations, seamless extensions, and premium dual occupancy developments. With over 15 years of experience in the building industry, Kadir Geldikaya is the founder and driving force behind Kaya Constructions. Beginning his career as a qualified carpenter, Kadir developed his expertise on the tools, mastering every stage of the construction process before becoming a registered builder.

Throughout his career, Kadir has delivered a diverse range of projects, from commercial shop fit outs and detailed carpentry to concrete slabs, renovations, extensions, custom homes, and dual occupancy developments. This broad experience gives him a practical understanding of construction that allows him to confidently manage projects of all sizes and complexities.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and hands on approach, Kadir is passionate about finding practical solutions to even the most challenging building scenarios. His ability to problem solve, combined with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, ensures every project is completed with precision, integrity, and care.
